Birmingham based photographer Tom Horton shoots contemporary, imaginative images across the UK. He specialises in Nightlife and Live Music photography, and this website is an online portfolio covering his work in live music, dj, nightlife, clubbing, portrait, sport, event, and other innovative professional photography.
His clients include various national publications and magazines, individual bands and artists, promoters and venues, as well as smaller companies, organisations and individuals. His work has been published in the national press (The Times, The Independent), and various magazines (Computer Music, Music Mart, iDj, and MixMag to name but a few). Tom Horton is also a regular contributor to local publications with his work appearing in Birmingham Night Times, What's On In Brum, and WhatsOnUk.
As well as music photography, Tom is just at home with event, sport , and portrait photography. He is skilled in the use of mobile studio equipment and print on site facilities. In the past 2 years he has covered numerous school proms, formal dinner balls, award ceremonies, corporate functions, and other large scale events with attendances sometimes exceeding 2000.
Tom Horton is also an experienced equestrian photographer, having covered many events from dressage, to show jumping, point to point and everything in between.
